Postage:
£4.50 per order (not per item)
- Royal Mail: Special Delivery, which insures the tiara(s) in
transit against loss or damage.
- Overseas Delivery - Charged at cost. (Despatched by International
Registered Post which includes insurance.)
Refund Policy:
In the unlikely event that your tiara is damaged or faulty in
any way when it reaches you, we will arrange to replace it to
the value of your purchase as long as you email us immediately
at: sonia@angelictiaras.co.uk
and return the tiara to us in its original packaging within seven
days of receipt. We regret we cannot refund the postage costs.
Please
note that our tiaras, hair accessories and designer jewellery
are handmade to order to individual specifications and therefore
cannot be refunded.
Delivery:
Every tiara is handmade to order. Please specify your required
delivery date when you place your order with us.
Normal delivery time 2-3 weeks. (For tiaras made using sterling
silver wire please allow extra time for hallmarking.) If your
order is urgent please let us now and we will prioritise your
order to make sure that it is ready in time for your big day!
