Ordering tiaras and jewellery

How to order our tiaras and handmade jewellery:

When you are ready to order your tiara / handmade jewellery please contact Sonia either by phone: 01344 457843

To enable us to create the perfect tiara and accessories for your special day we will need the following information from you:

* Your details; name, address, phone number
* The date of your wedding
* The name of the tiara/jewellery that you have chosen
* Your choice of :
- Gold plated or Silver plated wire / lacquered gold / indian colour gold / sterling silver wire
- White or Ivory Faux pearls
- Swarovski crystal colours (See list of available colours on our product page).
-Semi precious stones (See list of available colours on our product page).
- Gold or Silver colour illusion thread for handmade illusion jewellery

You will then be given a price for your order and an estimated delivery time (usually 2-3 weeks). We can prioritise your order if it is urgent to meet your deadline.

How to order our jewellery:

Email your order to sonia@angelictiaras.co.uk with your name, address, phone number and the codes of the items that you would like to order.

If you would like to pay by credit card we will phone you to confirm your order and to take your credit/debit card details.

Please have the following information ready - product codes & sizes (if applicable). Credit / Debit card details and delivery address if different from your own.

Delivery:
If the item(s) of jewellery that you have ordered is in stock it can be despatched immediately for delivery within 48 hours.

We aim to keep stock levels high but due to demand this is not always possible. If the item is out of stock delivery can take 7 - 21 days. We will advise you of delivery times when you place your order and your payment will not be processed until your order is ready for despatch.

Delivery Charge: £4.50 per order - Royal Mail Special Delivery
All orders will need to be signed for, please provide a suitable delivery address.

Guarantee:
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase please inform us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding the carriage charge) or exchange to be given. We regret that for hygeine reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty.

Returns:
The jewellery should be returned undamaged in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. When returning items to us we advise that you ask the Post Office for a Free Receipt of Postage as proof of postage. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
